位於澳洲南方 Port Elliot 的 Charlotte Dalton 是由 Charlotte Hardy 創立，於2015年開始發行。評論家 James Halliday將 Charlotte Dalton Wines評為 2016 十大佳之一並給打了5顆星。它是2017 年 Young Gun of Wine 的十賽手。2021年則被評為 Young Gun of Wine。

2022 Love me Love you Shiraz
100% Shiraz / 13.5 % abv
非常不像傳統的Shiraz ，也沒有自然酒那種奇怪的風味，覆盆子、藍 莓，明亮可口，柔軟多汁，帶有單寧和結構結束，絕對值得您品嚐！ 兩個在4月初相隔6天採收，每個塊都用 25% 的整串發酵 Deanery 被壓榨到木桶, 果皮泡8天, 其中15%為新桶。而 Downer 在果皮泡13天後，被放到橡木桶其中25%是新桶，兩者都別放在桶中直到裝瓶前三週進行換桶，並將兩桶合一。 James Halliday 93 |
