Cascina delle Rose 玫瑰酒莊
Cascina delle Rose成立於1948年，位於Rio Sordo這個區域，是一個相對小的酒莊，由大約6公頃的土地組成，5公頃是葡萄園，其餘是榛果和樹林。莊主夫婦Giovanna Rizzolio跟Italo Sobrino帶著他們的兒子，Davide跟Riccardo不斷實施自然派的理念，熱愛尊重土地，選擇最小的干預，精進葡萄的生命力，終於在1992年用Cascina delle Rose的名字裝瓶，一鳴驚人。
Casina delle Rose擁有兩塊單一葡萄園，富含黏土的Rio Sordo還有富含鈣質的Tre Stelle，他們目前使用中大型的Slavonian桶，培養20~22個月，酒莊的全品項年產量僅有珍貴的30000 瓶。“One of True gems of Barbaresco and Produces some of the most elegant And delicious wines in the entire Langhe.” ——Kerin O’keefe
